- Write your specific instruction for personalization in the order notes section of the Shopping Cart page
- Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
- Reply to conformation email, support@expressedimpressions.com, with your engraving information (include text to be engraved and attached photos and/or logos)
- Please include in your email any special engraving request; font type, engraving layout, etc...
- Within 3 business days of receiving the engraving info we will email you an engraving proof.
- Once approved we begin the engraving process! please allow 3-5 business days for engraving.
- Next we package and ship your order! we use priority mail for all orders, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. if you would like a faster shipping method please email us, support@expressedimpressions.com
